Divorce settlement between Nush Afarin Khanum (daughter of the late Sadiq Khan) with her husband Aqa Hasan Shari‘atmadar (the local religious notable); the setllement covers Nushafarin Khanum's mahr and alimony and her other rights. All of the clothes and other belongings, worth 75 tumans, were received and and repossessed. Because of the mutually agreed divorce, her husband gave Mirza Asad Allah power of attorney to execute the divorce based on the divorce contract. Regarding a settlement between ‘Ali Asghar and his daughter Khadijah, 1892
According to a separate settlement, dated 1879, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi, settles all his properties and a small house endowed by his father along with parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman, to his daughter, Khadijah. Ghulam Husayn, his nephew, also has signed it. Therefore, Ghulam Husayn’s settlement with his paternal aunt, which occurred after the original settlement, is not valid and she may not have any claims on the mentioned farm.

According to a separate settlement, dated 1879, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi Baqqal [the grocer], settles all his properties and a small house endowed by his father along with parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman, to his daughter, Khadijah. Ghulam Husayn, his nephew, also has signed it. Here, in the first document, in 1891, a condition is added that whenever ‘Ali Asghar’s child from his temporary wife reaches adulthood, Khadijah Khanum pays her/him forty tumans. The document reads in part: Aqa ʻAbd al-Rasul has settled all his properties and belongings (except a part of a rice farm) to his wife, Khadijah Bibi (the daughter of Aqa Sayyid Jaʻfar Razavi) for 100 dinars and one man (3 kilograms) of wheat. Khadijah Bibi (daughter of Aqa Sayyid Jaʻfar Razavi) has additionally settled 40 tumans mahr to her husband, Aqa ʻAbd al-Rasul for 100 dinars and a man (three kilograms) of barley, December, 22, 1851.
